When you are talking to others about your business a wonderful way to differentiate your business is to focus on WHY you do what you do.
Many people talk about What and some talk about How - but few focus on the core of the real reason that they set up their business in the first place.
A few reasons to do this:
1. Stories are engaging. People get people listening and interested in you and your story.
2. Stories are memorable. People remember stories, it's why we tell them to our kids, and they to their kids.
3. Stories connect with emotion. People buy on emotion first (trust and loyalty) and then they wrap this in logical words & reasons.
So your mission ... is to go out and try out your storytelling.

People buy potential more than your track record.
So when you are speaking to people, don't focus on what you have done .... Share with them the Why of your business and then help them dream about what their company or life could be like. Dream with your client and then help them connect what you do with making this potential, their potential, come to reality. Now that's inspiring & engaging!
